Housing Programs

This program is federally funded by the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG). This program allows Tribal Members home rehabilitation based on need and budget.

This program is designed to assist Tribal Member in need of home repairs due to emergency situations beyond their control.

The Homebuyer Assistance Program helps provide Tribal Members who qualify for a conventional mortgage, with a downpayment.

This program helps to alleviate some of the financial housing burden while attending college, vocational school or universities for Tribal Members.

This program is an extension of the Student Rental Assistance Program for Members who wish to continue their education beyond the four years of collegiate studies.

This program services eligible Tribal Members with limited funding to provide energy assistance. Through the Northern California Indian Development Council (NCIDC) the Tribe is awarded a grant from the US Department of Health & Human Services, Division of Energy Assistance allowing the Tribe to help their membership.
