Financial Programs

Tribal members over the age of 18 are able to borrow funds against their RSTF with applicable fees.

Tribal Members over the age of 18 are able to borrow funds against their RSTF in the event of a death in the family with no fees.

This program helps up to $5,000 for any deceased HPUL Tribal Member’s funeral expenses.

This program is designed to give Tribal Members the opportunity to pursue a personal goal.  One recipient is chosen by the Executive Council quarterly.

This program helps Tribal Members over the age of 18 to purchase a new/used vehicle through Community First Credit Union Bank.

This program is designed for Tribal Members with a valid driver’s license to rent one of the Tribe’s five vehicles.
